Terms of sales

Danse Azur is the owner of Exquise brand.

The General Conditions of Sale define the conditions applicable to sales concluded between the persons making a purchase via the website of DANSE AZUR www.exquise1930.fr , hereinafter referred to as "the Customer" and on the other hand the company DANSE AZUR, SARL, hereinafter called DANSE AZUR. These conditions only concern non-commercial individuals.


Price of articles

All prices are quoted in euros all taxes included excluding shipping costs (see paragraph Shipping and Delivery)
The duration of validity of the prices of the articles proposed on www.exquise1930.fr is twenty-four (24) hours as from their publication on the site. Items will be billed based on rates in effect at the time of order registration. They remain the property of DANSE AZUR until the complete collection of the price by DANSE AZUR. This price is payable in full and in one installment.


Order

The customer can place an order on the website www.exquise1930.fr only.
The order process is as follows:

  • Choice of items and addition to the basket
  • Validation of the contents of the basket
  • Identification on the site www.exquise1930.frif the customer is not already identified
  • Choice of address
  • Choice of delivery method
  • Choice of payment method and acceptance of the GSC
  • Payment validation

The customer will receive an order confirmation email.
The customer will be able to visualize during these different stages the detail of his order and its total price and to correct possible errors, before confirming this one to express his acceptance.
DANSE AZUR reserves the property of the articles until the complete payment of the order, that is to say to the collection of the price of the order.

DANSE AZUR reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over the payment of a previous order or which would present to him any form of risk.


Any order implies acceptance of prices and description of items available for sale.
DANSE AZUR undertakes to honor orders received on the website only within the limits of available stocks. In the absence of availability of one or more item (s) ordered, DANSE AZUR agrees to inform the customer as soon as possible, and if necessary to repay it no later than fourteen (14) days following the date on which he exercised his right of withdrawal. The customer's order will be automatically canceled.


DANSE AZUR reserves the right to verify the personal data provided by the Customer and to adopt all the measures deemed necessary for the verification of the fact that the person who placed the order is the person holding the Customer account and / or the means of payment in order to avoid identity theft or fraudulent payment.


Shipping and Delivery


If said items have not been delivered within seven (7) days of the delivery date specified in the order, and if this is not due to force majeure, the customer may proceed to the resolution of the sale by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address: DANSE AZUR, customer service, LE BREUIL 87430 VERNEUIL SUR VIENNE - FRANCE


The sums paid by the customer will then be fully returned.


The customer is required to check the condition of the items delivered.


Any anomaly concerning the articles (damage, article missing from the order form, damaged or open package, broken article, defective ...) must be indicated within three (3) days of delivery.


Any open, incomplete package, and / or any damaged item shall not be accepted by the Customer. The Client will inform DANSE AZUR of the problem encountered the same day.


All items offered by www.exquise1930.fr are subject to the legal warranty provided by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. (See paragraph Guarantee).

Payment


Payment for purchases is made at the customer's choice:

  • by credit card: Visa, MasterCard,
  • through PayPal

Validation of payment

The payment is validated and upon receipt of additional information requested in case of payment by credit card requiring additional checks (See paragraph Fight against fraud credit card).


Fight against credit card fraud

DANSE AZUR reserves the right to verify the personal data provided by the customer and to adopt all the measures deemed necessary for the verification that the person whose bank account is debited is the one who placed the order, in order to avoid any fraudulent payment. This verification may take the form of a request for proof of identity and / or domicile and / or bank documents (RIB or canceled check). Failure of the customer to respond to a request of this type within two (2) days of the request made by Danse Azur will automatically result in the cancellation of the order concerned, without any possibility of later claim.


DANSE AZUR will also have the freedom to proceed to the direct cancellation of an order which would present one or more risk factors of fraudulent use of credit card.

Fight against credit card fraud


Deadline to return an item

The customer has a legal period of fourteen (14) days to exercise his right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties. The terms of exercise of this right of withdrawal are mentioned in the paragraph "Conditions of exchange and return" below. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The Customer will be fully refunded the sums paid upon receipt and verification of the return of his articles and no later than fourteen (14) days following the date on which he exercised his right of withdrawal. DANCE AZUR may postpone the refund until receipt of the items in our warehouse or receipt of proof of shipment of items, the date chosen being the date of the first of these facts. DANCE AZUR will reimburse the Client using the same means as used for the initial transaction. (delete "refund").


Terms of exchange and return for refund

The item (s) returned must be new, unused and in their original box perfectly intact. Any exchange or return must be the subject of a request for exchange or return through the withdrawal form. Can you put the link to the return form?
The customer can make a single request for return or exchange by order.
If the customer's order contains several items and he wishes to return more than one item, he must select during this return request all items he wishes to exchange or be reimbursed.

State of articles


All returned items (shoes, original packaging, accessories, instructions ...) must be returned perfectly intact.
Upon receipt of the package, DANSE AZUR will judge the perfect condition of the returned merchandise. No returns will be accepted if the returned items have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and such use or damage render the items unfit for sale. If the return is refused by DANSE AZUR, the items will then be returned to the customer without the customer may require any compensation or refund entitlement, with the exception of the subsequent exercise of its warranty rights on the goods sold.
In the case of an exchange, if the returned items have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and this use or damage renders them unfit for sale, DANSE AZUR may exercise any corresponding recovery actions with the customer.


Refund of returns

The Customer will be fully refunded the sums paid upon receipt and verification of the return of his articles and no later than fourteen (14) days following the date on which he exercised his right of withdrawal.

Responsibility

DANSE AZUR is legally responsible to the customer for the good performance of the contract concluded with the customer.

Guarantee

The customer has two (2) years to claim one or the other of these guarantees. For lack of conformity, the period runs from the date of issue. For hidden defects, the delay runs from the discovery of vice.
